We reserve the right to limit quantities of products purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all product images, descriptions and pricing displayed on this Site. However, we cannot guarantee that all product images, colors, sizes and descriptions are entirely accurate.

Colors and lens features you see will depend on your monitor and may not precisely match actual colors and product features.

Product Availability & Backorders

While we make every effort to keep our Site updated with current product availability, please be aware that the final determination of whether or not a product is in-stock is made once your order is being processed.

If a product you ordered is not in stock, we will attempt to notify you and provide you with the choice to either wait for stock to arrive, substitute the product with another product (if a suitable product is available), or we will promptly cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Prescription Policies

Contact lenses may only be purchased with a valid prescription. We can only dispense contact lenses in accordance with your prescription as prescribed by your doctor.

If your prescription or contact lens brand is expired, your order may be delayed while we attempt to verify your prescription with your doctor.

You are solely responsible for making sure your prescription is current. Please check with your eye doctor before placing an order if you are unsure whether or not your prescription is still valid.

Shipping Policies

We will make every effort to ship your order according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. However, Freshlook Contacts cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.

Freshlook Contacts uses common carriers like USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship orders. Consequently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required to ship your order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and costs associated with orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Additional taxes and import duties may also apply for orders shipped internationally.

We do not guarantee delivery times of the common carriers that we use to ship your orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Sales Tax

Online purchases from this Site are subject to sales tax in certain states. The applicable sales tax rate will be applied to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and the relevant state sales tax laws at the time of purchase.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and CareCredit. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

All credit/debit card transactions and payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors. Credit card numbers are not stored on our servers after your transaction is authorized and processed.

However, we reserve the right to verify any credit card used on this Site. If we are unable to verify your credit card details, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that display irregular ordering patterns.

Refunds & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from this Site, please see our Returns Policy for information on how to return products to us for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned once opened. Unopened boxes of contacts are returnable within 90 days of receipt.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Termination

Freshlook Contacts may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to this Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Freshlook Contacts may also block access to this Site from certain IP addresses.
